Privacy Policy

Mintelier Gallery (“Mintelier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) treats privacy as a cornerstone of fine collecting. The information you share with us, whether you are an artist minting a new work or a collector building a private portfolio, is handled with the same discretion a private gallery would extend to its clientele.

This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise at any time. It applies to every visit to minteliergallery.com and to every interaction with our internal ETH ledger.

• Account information. Your email address, chosen username, full name, account type (collector or artist), profile bio, and avatar.
• Ledger activity. Your internal ETH balance, deposit and withdrawal history, bids, purchases, sales, royalty earnings, and the deposit wallet uniquely assigned to your account.
• Artwork and content. Files, metadata, descriptions, tags, edition counts, royalty preferences, and any collections you assemble.
• Identity verification. When required for compliance, documents you submit for KYC review, including selfies and government-issued identification.
• Technical telemetry. Device type, browser, IP address, language preference, and basic interaction events used to keep the platform secure and accessible worldwide.
• Communications. Support tickets, live chat transcripts, and email correspondence with our team.

• To operate the marketplace, settle ETH transactions, and credit deposits to the correct ledger.
• To verify your identity, prevent fraud, and meet our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• To send essential service notifications such as deposit confirmations, sale receipts, bid status changes, and security alerts.
• To improve product quality through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts.

We use a small set of first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your theme and language, and protect against abuse. We do not sell behavioural data to advertisers and we do not use third-party tracking pixels for marketing.

You may clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or disable certain platform features.

We never sell your personal data. We share information only with a small number of trusted processors who help us operate the platform, including our cloud hosting provider, our transactional email partner, our identity-verification partner, and our live chat tool. Each of these processors is bound by contractual obligations to use your data solely on our instructions.

We may also share information when legally required, when necessary to investigate fraud, or with your explicit consent.

All traffic to Mintelier Gallery is encrypted in transit with TLS. Sensitive records are encrypted at rest using industry-standard ciphers. Wallet balances and personal records are isolated at the database layer by row-level security policies that allow each account to access only its own data. Administrative actions are recorded in an immutable audit log.

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
• Export your profile, collection, and transaction history.
• Request deletion of your account. Some records (financial ledgers, KYC files, tax-relevant transactions) must be retained for compliance and cannot be erased on request.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on your consent.

Account profiles and ledger records are retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to seven years after closure where required by financial-services regulations. Marketing preferences are kept only until you change them. Live chat transcripts are retained for twelve months.

Mintelier Gallery is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Mintelier Gallery is available worldwide. By using the platform you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, when transferring data across borders.
