Mintelier ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Mintelier platform, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
2. Information we collect
- Account information · your email, chosen username, full name, account type, and avatar.
- Wallet activity · your internal ETH balance, deposits, withdrawals, bids, sales, and royalty earnings.
- Content · artworks, metadata, descriptions, tags, and collections you upload.
- Technical data · IP address, device type, browser, and basic interaction telemetry to keep the service secure.
3. How we use your information
To operate the marketplace, settle ETH transactions, prevent fraud, send essential service notifications, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Data retention
Account, transaction, and ledger records are retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to seven years after closure where required for financial compliance.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. Some records (financial ledgers, transaction history) must be retained for compliance and cannot be erased on request.
6. Security
We protect data in transit with TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Wallet balances are isolated by row-level security policies enforced at the database layer.
7. Children
Mintelier is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
