Provenance, by design
Every artwork minted on Mintelier carries a verifiable record of its origin, its makers, and every hand it has passed through. Provenance isn't a feature — it's the foundation.
Unique Mintelier ID
At mint, each piece receives a 6-character alphanumeric ID, displayed in the golden sphere on its detail page. The ID is immutable and globally unique across the platform.
On-chain ownership
Ownership transfers — whether by Buy Now or accepted bid — are recorded atomically. The Owner field on every artwork always reflects the current rightful holder.
Automatic royalties
Creators set a royalty (3%–20%) at mint. Every secondary sale routes that share back to the original artist automatically — no claim flow, no missed payments.
Escrowed bids
Bid amounts are debited from the bidder's wallet the moment a bid is placed and held in escrow. Rejected, cancelled or outbid funds are refunded in full.
Custodial deposit addresses
Each collector is assigned a unique on-chain deposit address. Inbound ETH is reconciled by our finance team before crediting your wallet, eliminating spoofed deposits.
KYC for high-value flows
Identity verification is required for elevated withdrawal limits and select primary sales. Documents are encrypted at rest and reviewed by trained admins.
Verify an artwork
Have a Mintelier ID? Open any artwork detail page — the golden sphere top-right of the artwork shows its unique ID, the current Owner, the original royalty, and the full bid history.
