By creating an account on Mintelier you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

The Mintelier wallet is an internal ledger denominated in ETH for use within the platform. Deposits are credited only after admin review. Withdrawals are processed manually and may be subject to KYC checks for compliance.

By minting an artwork you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the underlying media and that the work does not infringe any third-party rights. Mintelier may remove infringing works without notice.

Artists may set a royalty between 3% and 20% per piece. Royalties are paid automatically on secondary sales executed on Mintelier. Royalties on off-platform transfers cannot be enforced.

Mintelier charges a per-mint fee disclosed at the time of minting and may take a configurable marketplace commission on primary and secondary sales. Fees are subject to change.

No fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, illegal content, infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass platform controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Mintelier is provided "as is". Digital art is volatile and speculative. We make no representations about market value or future demand for any artwork.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintelier is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost value of artworks.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
